One of my favorite blogs, MyMoneyBlog, posted about a little Windows app called WatchMyCell. It sits in your system tray and updates you on your cell phone usage. It can text or email you with alerts, as well. The goal is to try to help you avoid going over your allotted minutes per month, which is a big money suck.
